Inventory and Supply Planner
Job description
Seeking an inventory and supply planner, who will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to maintain accurate data, optimise stock, and support continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Description
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support availability while minimising excess and obsolescence.
- Establish accurate supply forecasts that account for seasonal trends and production variability to ensure consistent product availability.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are accurate and consistently met.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to uphold inventory accuracy and system integrity.
- Design and execute inventory planning strategies that align with business needs and seasonal trends.
- Produce and interpret inventory reports to highlight patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with procurement to forecast demand and manage timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure all inventory practices comply with internal policies and relevant industry standards.
- Communicate inventory status and key updates clearly across internal teams to support decision-making.
Profile
