Inventory Manager

Growery B.V. is one of the ten legal growers participating in the Dutch cannabis experiment. From a strictly secured, modern, and energy-efficient cultivation facility, we cultivate high-quality cannabis for regulated sale through coffee shops. • Daily inventory management of raw materials, work-in-progress, and end products within cultivation, processing, and packaging
• Performing cyclical counting, complete physical inventories, and reconciliations
• FIFO / FEFO inventory management
• Batch- and lot registration processes
• Awareness of compliance requirements and the need for strict accuracy and discipline in inventory taking
• Correct storage strategies aligned with product characteristics and rotation rules
• Ensuring traceability at batch level
• Maintaining oversight on inventory rotation, waste registration, and destruction protocols for non-conforming products
• Collaborating with production planning to predict needs and prevent stock shortages/knocks
• Implementing ERP/WMS systems
• Monitoring inventory KPIs
• Narrowly collaborating with the QA/Compliance Officer to ensure audit readiness and traceability
• Structural alignment with Production- and Post-Harvest Managers to identify, manage, and reduce dead or slow-moving inventory

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management within cannabis/food/pharmacy or another strongly regulated sector
• Experience setting up inventory processes and procedures
• Strong sense of responsibility and high ethical standards
