Interviewers for Telephone Surveys - Mini-Job from Home

We offer you a mini-job in telephone market research that you can do nationwide from home. If you want to earn an extra €603 per month from home, are communicative, and speak German very well, then we are looking for exactly you as an interviewer. The activity as an interviewer is well-suited for career changers.

Tasks

You will survey people by phone for reputable nationwide studies on topics such as radio listening, quality of life, sustainability, travel and holiday behavior, and healthy eating.

If you enjoy making phone calls, want to survey people by phone using a predefined questionnaire, and have good German language skills, you can start with us as a telephone interviewer in market and social research.

What we do

Through our telephone surveys, we give voices to opinions and ensure that they can influence the development of products or services and public decisions. Market and opinion research aims to inquire about opinions – but not to sell anything, nor does it do advertising. It is about scientific studies.

Qualification

Good telephone interviewers possess the following important qualities:

• Enjoyment of making phone calls and interacting with people
• A friendly and pleasant telephone voice
• Clear and articulate pronunciation
• A confident demeanor on the phone
• Flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and commitment
• A careful and precise way of working
• At least 18 years old
• Good PC skills
• You should live in Germany.

As you will be carrying out this task as part of a mini-job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no other secondary employment are required.

Super flexible working hours:

The activity is possible in our telephone studio or nationwide from home during the following hours:

• Mon-Fri between 3:45 PM - 8:45 PM
• Sat-Sun between 10:15 AM - 3:15 PM

You can choose your working hours within the above-mentioned periods. 8-9 working hours per week are desirable. A work assignment should last at least 3 hours.

In-depth training and coaching:

Even during the application process, you will receive further information, training, and practical application opportunities to become proficient in professional telephony. In your later work practice, our supervisors will provide you with feedback on your talents in telephone work and in dealing with conversation partners.
