Interviewer/innen für Telefon-Befragungen - Minijob im Homeoffice

We offer you a part-time job in market research, which you can do from home office throughout Germany. If you want to earn 603 euros per month from home, are communicative and speak very good German, then we're looking for exactly you as an interviewer or interviewee. The task as an interviewer is well-suited for people with a non-academic background.

Aufgaben

You will conduct telephone interviews with people across Germany for serious studies on topics such as radio listening, quality of life, sustainability, travel and leisure behavior, and healthy nutrition.

If you enjoy talking on the phone, want to interview people over the phone using a given questionnaire, and have good German language skills, you can start working with us as a telephone interviewer in market research.

What we do

Through our telephone surveys, we give opinions a voice and ensure that they can influence the development of products or services and public decisions. Market and opinion research asks for opinions – but does not sell anything and makes no advertising. It's about scientific studies.

Qualification

Good telephone interviewers bring the following important qualities:

• Satisfaction with talking on the phone and interacting with people
• A friendly and sympathetic telephone voice
• A clear and articulate pronunciation
• A confident appearance over the phone
• Flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to work
• A meticulous and precise working method
• At least 18 years old
• Good PC skills
• You should live in Germany.

Since you will be performing this task as a part-time job, we do not require an Aufenthaltstitel (only for non-EU citizens) and no additional side employment.

Super flexible working hours:

The task is possible in our telephone studio or nationwide at home office during the following times:

• Monday to Friday between 15:45-20:45 pm
• Saturday and Sunday between 10:15 am-3:15 pm

You can choose your working hours within these time frames. Ideally, you should work 8-9 working hours per week. A work commitment should last at least 3 hours.

Fundamental training and training:

You will already receive further information, training, and practical application opportunities during the application process to become proficient in professional telephone work. In later practice, our supervisors will provide feedback on your talents in telephone work and interacting with conversation partners.
