We offer you a mini-job in market research, which you can do from home office nationwide. You don't need experience as an interviewer or interviewee. If you want to earn 603 euros per month from home and are communicative and speak very good German, then we're looking for exactly you. The job as an interviewer is well-suited for career changers.

What we do

Through our telephone surveys, we give opinions a voice and ensure that they can influence the development of products or services and public decisions. Market and opinion research wants to ask opinions – but doesn't sell anything and doesn't advertise. It's about scientific studies.

Tasks

You will interview people by phone for serious nationwide studies, e.g., on topics such as radio listening, quality of life, sustainability, travel and leisure behavior, and healthy nutrition.

If you like to talk on the phone, want to ask people questions over the phone using a given questionnaire, and have good German language skills, you can start at our company as a telephone interviewer in market and social research.

Qualification

Good telephone interviewers bring the following important qualities with them:

• Pleasure in talking on the phone and dealing with people
• A friendly and sympathetic telephone voice
• A clear and articulate pronunciation
• A confident appearance on the phone
• Flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to take action
• A meticulous and precise working method
• Good PC skills
• The mini-job as an interviewer is well-suited for career changers.
• You should live in Germany.

Since you will perform this task as a mini-job, we assume that you have an Aufenthaltstitel (only for non-EU citizens) and no further part-time job.

Super flexible working hours:

The job is possible in our telephone studio or nationwide at home office during the following times:

• Mon-Fri between 15:45-20:45 pm
• Sat-Sun between 10:15 am-3:15 pm

You can choose your working hours within these time frames. We expect 6-9 working hours per week. A work commitment should last at least 3 hours at a time.

Fundamental training and training:

You will already receive further information, training, and practical application opportunities during the application process to become proficient in professional telephone work. In later practice, our supervisors will provide feedback on your talents in telephone work and dealing with conversation partners.
