Interviewer for Telephone Surveys sought (m/w/d)

We are looking for communicative and curious individuals who enjoy talking to people! We, a leading market and social research institute in Taunusstein with the TELE-MARTRIX telephone studio, are seeking enthusiastic telephone interviewers (m/w/d) for telephone surveys.

Tasks

You like to talk on the phone? You want to interview people at the telephone using a given questionnaire? And you have good German language skills? Then you can start as an Interviewer or Telephone Interviewer in Market and Social Research with us.

Our task as market researchers

We give opinions a voice through our telephone surveys and ensure that they influence the design of products, services, and public decisions. Market and opinion research aims to raise opinions – without selling or advertising anything. It is exclusively scientific studies.

The activity is possible in the Mobile Office at the following times:

• Weekdays: Mo-Fr between 15:45-20:45 Uhr
• Weekends: Sa-Su between 10:15-15:15 Uhr

You can schedule your working hours flexibly within the mentioned time frames. Ideally, you will work 6-9 hours per week. Each work session should last at least 3 hours.

Qualification

Good telephone interviewers are characterized by the following properties:

• Pleasure in talking on the phone and interacting with people
• A friendly and pleasant telephone voice
• A clear and distinct pronunciation
• Self-confidence on the phone
• Flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and engagement
• A precise and meticulous work style
• Good PC skills

The mini-job as an Interviewer:in is ideal for career changers. Since this job is part of a mini-job, no residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no additional side jobs are required.
