We are offering you a part-time job as an interviewer in telephone market research, which you can also do from home office. No commute to the workplace, no time waste - your new job will take place at home office.

Tasks

If you like talking on the phone, want to ask people questions based on a given questionnaire, and have good German skills, you can start working with us as a telephone interviewer in market and social research.

What we do

Through our telephone surveys, we give opinions a voice and ensure that they can influence the development of products or services and public decisions. Market and opinion research wants to ask opinions – but doesn't sell anything and doesn't advertise. It's about scientific studies.

The job is possible at home office during the following times:

• Weekdays: Mo-Fr between 15:45-20:45 hours
• Weekends: Sa-Su between 10:00-15:15 hours

You can choose your working hours within these timeframes. A work engagement should last at least 3 hours.

Qualification

Good telephone interviewers bring the following important qualities with them:

• Pleasure in talking on the phone and dealing with people
• A friendly and sympathetic telephone voice
• A clear and articulate pronunciation
• A confident appearance on the phone
• Flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to engage
• A meticulous and precise working method
• Good PC skills
• This part-time job as an interviewer is suitable for career changers.
• Minimum age 18 years

Since you will be performing this task in the context of a part-time job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no additional side employment will be assumed.
