Interviewer / Passenger Counter from Havelberg (m/f/d) - Minijob

ISUP GmbH is an engineering firm based in Dresden with 35 years of comprehensive experience in the transport sector. In the field of empirical mobility research, we conduct traffic surveys in public transport throughout Germany. These provide clients with up-to-date information on actual transport demand (temporal and spatial usage) and serve, among other things, as a basis for allocating fare revenue.

We are looking for YOU to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

As a traffic surveyor, you will travel on selected bus routes in the northern public transport network of NASA GmbH (Nahverkehrsservice Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH), count boarding and alighting passengers as well as accompanying passengers, and survey them about their tickets and journey. The data collected will subsequently be transferred via WLAN.

Data collection will be done using provided smartphones. The use of private recording devices is possible upon agreement and will be compensated with an expense allowance.

The traffic survey "NASA 2026" will be conducted on the following routes, among others:

• Route 900 Havelberg - Stendal

Qualifications

You are:

• open-minded, communicative, punctual, reliable, and friendly
• already over 18 years old

and have:

• the ability to also work during off-peak hours
• very good German language skills (B2 and higher)
• a neat appearance and polite manners
• basic knowledge of using smartphones and MS Office (Excel spreadsheets)
• access to WLAN and your own email address
• your own car (not a requirement, but an advantage)

Your place of residence is

• preferably in Havelberg or the surrounding area

Benefits

Your assignments will be flexible according to your availability (free choice of assignment regarding time and location from a list of assignments). The assignments will take place according to the timetable during the operating hours of the respective transport companies. The duration of an assignment is between approx. 3.0 and approx. 7.0 hours.

Breaks and transfer times within an assignment are fully paid!

In advance, you will receive free training/instruction from our staff in the survey area, during which the work tasks, organization, and how to use the survey app and possible tickets will be explained to you.

Concluding remarks:

• Remuneration: 15.00 Euros / working hour
• monthly billing / bank transfer
• Period: 31.08.2026 to max. 06.12.2026
• marginal or short-term employment (Minijob)
• also possible for self-employed individuals on a fee basis
