What You'll Do: Guide candidates through the interview process, providing expert advice and support to ensure they're prepared to showcase their skills and experience. This includes: • Conducting mock interviews to help candidates practice and improve their responses • Providing personalized feedback and coaching to help candidates refine their interview skills • Assisting candidates in developing a strong understanding of the job requirements and how to effectively communicate their qualifications • Collaborating with our team to identify and address any gaps in candidates' interview preparation • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our interview preparation services. What We're Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in a role that involves conducting interviews, providing feedback, and coaching candidates • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with remote interview platforms and tools • Passion for helping others succeed and grow.
