Tasks

The role

As our Intern/Working Student - Business Automation (AI & Ops), you will operate at the intersection of Engineering and Operations. You will sit directly with the engineering team and our tax experts to decompose complex workflows into modular, automated solutions.

You are not here to write long reports on what could be done. You are here to build the solution and radically kill stupid work and free your colleagues of it. You will design, build, and maintain the automated workflows that allow us to deliver a world-class professional service without drowning in manual work. You will be the builder of our internal scalability.

What you’ll own

• Implement RPA & Experiment with AI Agents: You will build robust Robotic Process Automations (RPA) for structured tasks using Make and n8n, while leveraging Agentic Process Automation (APA) where standard bots fail.
