Analysis activities in order to define the specifications for the effective construction of information systems, likely to meet the requirements of users

Assist customers/stakeholders/country, functional representatives and Team Leader, in regards to implementation of new business on Payroll platforms. Develop configurations according to Blue Print documents, test and debug final system setups. Loads client data provided in the required layout and coding.

He/she is the client's privileged partner, helping the client analyze and implement payroll regulations in accordance with legislation to guarantee the highest level of service.

As part of his/her mission, he/she aims to satisfy clients while ensuring uninterrupted service when the client’s file is sent to the client recurring service team.

He/she applies the implementation process to provide all the deliveries expected for the client.

The main responsibilities will be to deliver activities for achieving analysis, to define specifications for building effective systems, capable to meet user requirements.

Responsibilities:

Performs analysis activities for defining the required technical specifications of the information system that meet the customer configuration needs.

Coordinates with Stakeholder/Senior Consultant/SME to clarify specific requirements and to ensure accurate configuration of captured requirements
Performs data migration
Compares data base interrogations with client data, providing reports on differences and mismatches
Documents detailed/custom system configuration and tests
Checks system compliance to client requirements
Actively participates in team activities


Education and experience:

Education: Student/Graduate degree or related experience

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Entry level of Spanish (B1 minimum) & English B2
Autonomy, proactivity, adaptability and reactivity
Challenged by new technologies and by digitization overall
Technical skills: Excel, Word, Power Point
Has the sense of service
Is rigorous to follow the process
Is proactive to improve the process
Possesses a continuous improvement mind-set and is receptive to change
Has team spirit
