Internship - Service Technician

Description The Service Technician should be responsible to provide Aftersales support for Brazil, working from home. He/she is responsible for providing remote support, technical training for partners and on-site service when necessary. The person should be available for business trips and understand the electric and photovoltaic (solar) standards and requirements for Brazil. Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements! Responsibilities Handle general inquires for technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to products and services, providing solutions and recommendations to customers, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions, maintaining accurate records of all activities performed, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, experience working with electric and photovoltaic (solar) systems, knowledge of Brazilian electric and photovoltaic (solar) standards and requirements, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
