Where you will be integrated into our organization

What you will do

Within the team dedicated to the development of the Retail Channel, you will be integrated into the client acquisition and management process.

Specifically, you will be responsible for providing administrative and consulting support to the structure with the aim of guaranteeing the requested solutions.

Specifically, you will support the commercial area in the following activities:

• Support in managing commercial activities;
• Oversight in managing prospects and clients;
• Preparation of personalized sales offers;
• Telephone support regarding subscribed services;
• Production of documentation and forms necessary to manage client relationships on management systems dedicated to the automotive sector in order to prepare ad hoc reporting, ensuring the accuracy of content and reliability of data;
• Updating dedicated databases;

Your requirements

• Analytical, precise, and with good organizational skills
• Graduates preferably in economic subjects
• Predisposition for interpersonal relationships and teamwork
• Proactiveness in problem-solving
• Good knowledge of common computer applications, particularly Excel
• Good knowledge of written English;
• Interest in the commercial field and the automotive world

Full-time internship contract for a duration of 6 months with expense reimbursement.
