Internship - Sales & Marketing Residential Construction

At Standley Design & Build we're a high end residential construction company specialising in extensions, loft conversions and full home refurbishments. We're a fast-paced startup with an ambition to double the company in size over the next year, there is an amazing opportunity for an intern to come onboard for an initial 3 months and then secure themselves a fantastic opportunity to grow and personally develop at a company where you will work alongside the Founder - Jon Standley and have an opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship and building a business directly.

We're looking for a hard working intern with strong communication skills, who will support the team by researching markets, creating content & presentation and managing customer data in our CRM - Hubspot. You'll also be assisting with promotional activities, blending digital skills such as creating 3D renders with client relationships, building to drive business growth and learning sales processes. The role will offer hands-on experience in market analysis, lead generation, content creation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Helping develop pipelines, supporting sales teams, and liaising with the Architectural team.
• Data & CRM Management: Updating customer databases, tracking campaign metrics, managing CRM systems.
• Market Research: Analysing competitors, identifying trends, gathering data on potential clients.
• Content Creation: Designing and preparing presentations & quotes, drafting marketing materials.
• Campaign Support: Assisting with digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

Skills & Experience

• Digital Skills: Familiarity with Hubspot, Social media, SEO, analytics, marketing software, AI and project management tools.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for client interaction and content.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse construction plans and contribute to price-driven decisions.
• Proactivity: Eagerness to learn and contribute creatively to projects.
