• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Commitment: Full-time, 5 days a week (on-site)
• Location: Decathlon Singapore stores

• Be part of the daily store operations — from managing stock and inventory to providing great customer service.
• Take ownership of your sport section: plan and execute visual merchandising layouts, track performance, and make improvements.
• Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and in-store experience.
• Use data to analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and stock movement to improve your section.
• Participate in trainings focused on both hard and soft skills — from retail operations and merchandising to teamwork and communication.
• Work alongside passionate teammates and leaders who will support your growth.

Requirements

• Undergraduates or recent graduates in relevant fields.
• Passionate about sports and innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
