Internship Quality Assurance (m/w/x)
Job description
- Verification of compliance with internal Food Safety Standards
- Daily processing and inspection of HACCP Standards, along with corresponding documentation
- Support in implementing customer requirements, particularly in Airline Catering
- Conducting internal quality and food safety audits
- Conducting hygiene training sessions
- Implementation and control of the cleaning plan
- Conducting daily hygiene rounds
- Support for the regional hygiene manager in preparing for official and customer visits
