Praktikum Quality Assurance (w/m/div.)

Job Description You will take on a key role in processing and documenting supplier and internal complaints. This includes clarifying technical issues, formulating defect reports, tracking corrective actions, and creating informative 8D reports. You will actively support the maintenance of our ISO 9001 management system, be responsible for document management, and prepare internal audits. As a SOCOS Key-User, you will also receive exciting insights into our quality assurance processes. Your tasks will include: • Processing and documenting supplier and internal complaints • Clarifying technical issues and formulating defect reports • Tracking corrective actions and creating informative 8D reports • Supporting the maintenance of our ISO 9001 management system • Being responsible for document management • Preparing internal audits • Receiving exciting insights into our quality assurance processes. Your qualifications: • Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, natural sciences) • Experience in quality assurance or a related field • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with MS Office and other common office software.
