We are looking for an intern to join our PMO team and support project management and monitoring. If you're organized, curious, like working with data, and interested in learning about project management methodologies, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities and Tasks of the Function

• Support the preparation and updating of schedules, action plans, and status reports;
• Auxiliary control of indicators and metrics of projects;
• Participate in monitoring meetings and record minutes;
• Contribute to standardizing processes and documenting projects;
• Support risk management and communication between involved areas;
• Use project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.

Required Obligatory

• Pursuing a degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management or related fields (from the 3rd semester);
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good verbal and written communication;
• Organization and attention to details;
• Interest in agile and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, etc.).
