INTERNSHIP: Product Analytics (Apps & Growth)

We’re hiring a Product Analytics Intern to join one of our app squads — alongside a Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, and Developers — to make sure every decision we make is driven by data. You’ll define event tracking plans , maintain dashboards , and turn behavioral data into insights that shape the product — from feature adoption to user retention. If you love connecting numbers with real user stories, this role is for you. ⚠️ READ THIS FIRST — Apply only if you meet this: Eligibility: You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, or have recently graduated (within 6 months) and are available to work full-time for at least 3 months. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product goals and identify key metrics. * Design and implement event tracking plans to capture user behavior data. * Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product performance. * Analyze user behavior data to identify trends and insights. * Communicate findings and recommendations to product teams to drive product improvements. * Conduct A/B tests to optimize product features. * Support ad-hoc data analysis requests. Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.). * Familiarity with SQL. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Passion for data-driven decision making. Bonus points: * Experience with A/B testing. * Experience with Python or R. * Experience with mobile app analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
