We also offer customers a "One-Stop-Shop" for the purchase and installation of individual and intelligent energy system solutions, so that every household can live, heat, and be mobile in a climate-neutral way quickly and professionally. At the same time, in our technology division, we are working on the further development and expansion of the Heartbeat software to connect customers to the electricity market worldwide, thus always offering the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff.

Your Position

As the Energy Operations Team, we are part of 1KOMMA5°'s Product and Tech Team. We work daily to make our digital products available to thousands of customers worldwide. We are growing strongly and are therefore looking for further support! What counts is that you are motivated to tackle the tasks below, put the pedal to the metal (or electricity), and are looking for a steep learning curve.

• You will support the Energy Operations Team in day-to-day business with projects such as #DynamicPulse or #SmartMeterRollout – for a digital and connected energy world of tomorrow.
• You will help scale a key focus area of 1KOMMA5°, our dynamic electricity tariff "Dynamic Pulse".
• You will independently coordinate with internal (e.g., local installation companies of the 1KOMMA5° group) and external stakeholders (e.g., grid operators) and learn daily about the "real-life" implementation of the energy transition.
• You will analyze and optimize processes.
• After completing your onboarding, you will want to take on a project independently and implement it – with the guidance of your manager.
• You will prepare presentations for relevant Product Owners.
• Together with your team, you will evaluate the current status of KPIs and derive measures.

Your Profile

• You can support us as an intern for at least 4 months and preferably longer (desired: 6 months).
• For this position, it is essential that you feel comfortable communicating fluently in German (min. C1 level).
• You want to advance the energy transition house by house and also solve customer problems (without customer contact).
• You enjoy data-driven work.
• You are looking for a steep learning curve and are open to feedback – everyone can learn, and we want to provide space for exactly that.
• Do you already have initial experience in the energy industry? Great! Are you still a rookie in the industry? No problem – for us, motivation and willingness to learn are what count!
