We are looking for an intern to join our Recruitment and Selection team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a collaborative and innovative environment, as well as develop essential skills for a successful career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities and Tasks of the Function
- Assist in the recruitment process, from resume screening to conducting initial interviews.
- Publish job postings on various portals and social media platforms.
- Auxiliary in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and ensure data integrity.
- Support the realization of group dynamics and evaluation tests.
- Prepare follow-up reports on selective processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program from the 6th semester of Psychology, Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn.
- Intermediate or advanced English will be considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection tools will be considered an asset.
