Internship in Credit Operations

We are looking for professionals to join our Middle Office team.
About the area
The Credit Middle Office is responsible for connecting clients (companies), markets, internal systems, banks, and investment vehicles with operational flows to ensure consistent execution of credit activities. It directly relates to analysis and credit management areas.
The main role is to ensure that credit operations flow with conformity, efficiency, and diligence, without compromising quality and speed. Routine with multiple demands, oriented towards processes and execution, but with analytical rigor and attention to details.
What you will do
- Credit operation analysis and checking: evaluate credit titles such as receivables, invoices, contracts, and other titles to be acquired;
- Following up on overdue accounts and collections: diligence for evaluating overdue accounts and contacting clients (companies), updating spreadsheets and reports;
- Manipulating systems and databases: executing operations in systems and developing activities in a database;
- Fiscal and position reconciliation: ensuring consistency between internal records and bank movements;
- Guarantee control: monitoring receivables linked to guarantees and credit limits associated with them;
- Supporting improvement projects: participating in automation initiatives and projects to improve existing activities;

Requirements
- Students from the 3rd semester of Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related areas;
- Availability during commercial hours.
- Analytical capacity and attention to details;
- Good oral and written communication for interaction with clients and internal areas;
- Organization and discipline to handle multiple demands;
- Aptitude for technology, data, and process automation;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and its functions;
- Prior experience in credit, middle/backoffice, or financial operations;
- Advanced Excel (VBA);
- Python programming;
- Knowledge and data manipulation in SQL language;
