Internship opportunities at MVRDV Paris! 

MVRDV was founded in 1993 by Winy Maas, Jacob van Rijs and Nathalie de Vries in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We tackle current urban and architectural challenges by adopting a collaborative approach from the beginning of the design process. We collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and experts from various fields to create bold and innovative projects that contribute to improving our cities and landscapes.  

Our headquarters are in Rotterdam, but we also have offices in Paris, Shanghai, and Berlin. The Paris office focuses on exciting projects in France. For example, in the past, we have worked on the transformation of a mixed-use building in the heart of Paris, large-scale master plans in Bordeaux and Caen, the Part-Dieu shopping center in Lyon, and many more. 

As our Parisian office, located in the 10th arrondissement, is human-scaled, this will give you the opportunity to be part of a small team and thus participate in all stages of the project process.  

We are currently looking for ambitious students to join our Parisian team as interns. This internship is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and discover how a globally operating architecture firm works.

Application process: 

• You have until November 16th to submit your application.

• Interviews will take place between November 23rd and December 11th, 2026.

• Successful candidates will start on March 1st, 2027!

Important: you must be enrolled in an eligible university program between March 1st, 2027, and August 31st, 2027, for your application to be considered. 

• The internship must last a minimum of 5 months (maximum 6 months), full-time, 5 days a week (35 hours per week), and will take place exclusively at the Paris office in person. 

• The internship will be paid at a gross monthly salary of 1100 EUR. 

• You must be enrolled in a school/university, and the internship must be part of your study program (internship agreement required). 

• We are looking for ambitious, independent, flexible individuals who are comfortable working in a team. 

• Proficiency in written and spoken French is mandatory, and English is an asset. 

• Having good knowledge of MVRDV's projects and the agency is a plus. 

• Solid skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite are required. 

• The candidate must be authorized to work in France, and the necessary administrative procedures (VISA, Residence Permit) must have been completed beforehand. 

• You must live in Paris or its surroundings, or be willing to relocate.
