Description

• Support in preparing documentation and storing data for the Facility Management department.
• Support in collecting data from routine FM activities and in supervising the standard work of the department.
• Create the shopping cart for the FM department
• Support the FM team in generating ideas for implementing and following up on cost reduction projects.
• Supporting the FM team in facilities services (cleaning, canteen, postal services, internal transport, winter services, maintenance of outdoor facilities, etc.), in collaboration with the FM HOD and Senior Facility Coordinator
• Periodic checks of contractors on site.
• Travels in the interest of work with the company vehicle or other means of transport, to clients, partners, public institutions and authorities, or other locations established by the employer (e.g. work points, other OESL entities)"
• Support the FM team in planning and managing buildings, renovations, moves (external and internal), with the approval of the FM HOD.
• Internal (local) management and processing of smaller projects, under the supervision of the HOD FM.
• Providing support in quality activities for construction execution.

Qualifications

• Current studies in engineering (preferably in electrical or mechanical) or similar education gained through experience.
• Experience in maintenance project management and strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to work with different cultures.
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Driving license category B
