The Core Data Product team at DECATHLON is looking for its future Data Engineers based in Paris.
At the heart of the Decathlon Digital entity, we are looking for our future Data Engineers to join the Core Data Products teams.

At the heart of Decathlon's strategic decisions Within our Data Platform, you will work on the foundation that powers all of Decathlon's strategic decisions and AI models.
Our mission? To build the transversal Single Source of Truth to transform raw data into ready-to-use data products (Gold layer), reliable and standardized.
From product design to supply chain, including eco-design and customer experience, our Core Data Products enable every business team to operate with agility while driving circular, profitable, and responsible business models.
Your Future Playground
The Core Data Products are organized into expert teams, each led by a Tech Lead & Product Manager duo.
You will join the INDUSTRY SUPPLY INVENTORY Team whose mission is to unify supply chain data through data products ready to scale.
YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
Your responsibilities will include ():
Architecture & Technical Strategy
- Contribute to the development of our technical stack strategy and ensure CI/CD.
- Maintain and rethink existing datasets and pipelines to serve a wider variety of use cases.
- Design, develop, and industrialize complex data models to enable the analysis of usage, quality, and maturity of our data assets.
Expertise & Support
- Understanding functional needs: Proactivity in analyzing needs and understanding the daily work of the users we support and their stakeholders.
- Support and guidance: Act as an expert to guide data teams in the correct and effective use of our products.
- Actively contribute to our data engineer community.
Engineering Culture & Excellence
- Promoting best practices: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our working methods (mob programming, TDD, robust documentation...) to raise the team's technical standards.
- Operational excellence: Implement monitoring and automation solutions to significantly reduce manual workload and improve the overall efficiency of the team.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Significant initial experience (university projects, internship, or work-study program) in a similar technical environment.
- A strong aptitude for teamwork and a culture of sharing.
- An interest in the impact of sport on personal and collective development.
- The desire to join a company committed to Tech4Good and responsible innovation.
