Job Description Your function consists in supporting the Customer Service in diverse missions: You are a point of contact for customers, sales and internal departments regarding their orders and the follow-up of shipments. Here you look at the possibilities to provide a solution for your contact person You advise customers and are in contact with them by phone and email Your support with daily routines You monitor and analyze the performance and also help prepare it You prepare presentations for various purposes.
