Description of the vacancy
- Supporting the team in technical and operational activities to achieve qualification and professional growth in C&P;
- Technical analysis of general documents submitted by the client with guidance from other analysts;
- Internal requests (Collection, Tests, and/or Others) according to technical documentation and applicable processes;
- Support in contact with the customer via email, phone, and WhatsApp, with the intention of updating process status or requesting clarifications or technical documents;
- Updating controls and systems according to procedures;
