Internship – After-Sales Logistics

GoodWe is offering an internship opportunity in After-Sales Logistics to support operations related to spare parts, replacement equipment, and customer service efficiency across Brazil. This role will assist the logistics team with key administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage import processes (both sea and air), from initial request to inventory availability, including: Documentation review and approval; Coordinate with suppliers and customs brokers for timely clearance of goods; Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of shipments; Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts; Develop and maintain relationships with external partners. Key Requirements: Strong analytical skills; Excellent communication and organizational abilities; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an asset.
