Internal Project Manager (m/w/d) for Special Battery Test Equipment

Battery Dynamics GmbH in Garching bei München develops and markets high-precision special battery test equipment. We support leading automotive manufacturers and renowned research institutes in assessing the aging of battery systems more quickly and accurately, thereby continuously improving their performance.

We are looking for a project manager who takes over the responsibility for ensuring the smooth flow of internal processes, so that development projects and order fulfillment can run on schedule, customers are informed, and the founder can focus more strongly on the further development of the company.

Aufgaben

Transform complex technical battery test equipment projects into clear plans, keep them on track, and ensure that all parties involved know what's next.

You will:

• Be responsible for project plans from order receipt to final delivery
• Take over the coordination between founder, developers, technicians, and customers
• Hold regular internal meetings and update rounds
• Become a central information source for all active projects
• Recognize risks early on and drive their solution forward

SUCCESS in this position means:

• ≥ 95% of projects are delivered on schedule or earlier
• The founder's time spent on coordination and crisis management will be reduced by ~50%
• Each active project always has a clear status, a responsible person, the next step, and an expected completion date

Qualifikation

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a project manager in a technical environment (hardware, production, engineering services or similar)
• Demonstrated success in coordinating multiple projects with deadline requirements running simultaneously
• PRACTICAL application of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project, Trello)
• Familiarity with working with engineers and technical customers
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
