Internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Application Developer (m/w/d)

We are looking for an internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Application Developer (m/w/d) in an unlimited-term position.

The focus of this position is on the further development and optimization of MS Dynamics NAV, which is used in all important company departments, sales, procurement, service, and accounting, with approximately 200 active users on site. Adaptations will be made in-house.

Tasks

Your tasks

• You will take over the maintenance, administration, further development, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, interfaces, and adjacent systems.
• You will take new or changed requirements from the departments and bring them into the system landscape.
• You will work together with your ERP colleagues to set and implement technical and strategic requirements.
• You will adapt new functionalities according to requirements and implement them goal-oriented.
• You will develop and expand individual solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL code.
• You will bind relevant interfaces and ERP data to the business intelligence environment.
• You will actively work on shaping, illustrating, and further developing our business processes in the ERP system – always in close coordination with the relevant departments.
• You will independently and sustainably implement changes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• You will analyze the data structures in Business Central and optimize data and information flows continuously.
• You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports, so that various company departments can always receive reliable information.

Qualification

Your profile

• You bring a successfully completed degree in computer science (preferably with a focus on application development) or a comparable vocational training or relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of further development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the programming language AL belongs to your profile.
• It would be ideal if you had already gained experience with interface applications like Office 365 or Power BI.
• A deep understanding of business processes helps you to develop technical concepts correctly and illustrate them.
• You have high responsibility and good organizational skills, which helps you to keep an overview even in complex tasks.
• You work independently, creatively, and solution-oriented and bring your ideas actively into play.
• You enrich the collaboration in the entire area with your friendly nature and team orientation.
• You have fluent German skills, which rounds off your profile.
