International Technical Sales (m/w/d)

We, Vision4Quality GmbH, are a young and rapidly growing software company based in Würzburg. Since 2021, we have been developing AI-supported, camera-based quality inspection and guidance systems for the industry, making us the only solution that combines worker guidance, automatic optical inspection (AOI), and AI in one no-code system.

Our mission: to make industrial quality inspection with AI easily accessible – without programming knowledge. Our team is technology-driven and continuously growing. For technical sales in Germany and internationally, we are seeking a self-reliant, communication-strong, and convincing person with a seat in Germany (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Active customer acquisition in- and outside of the country as well as maintenance and strategic expansion of existing customer relationships
• Technical and commercial consulting for our customers on camera-based inspection and guidance systems
• Conducting product demos and customer visits on-site, both nationally and internationally
• Creating, developing, and tracking offers as well as leading contract negotiations
• Closely collaborating with the product team to transmit market and customer requirements
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A STRUCTURED CRM PROCESS FOR INTERNATIONAL LEADS AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Qualification

• Ideal completion of a technical or commercial degree or comparable training
• At least 3 years of experience in sales for complex technical products – ideally in the fields of image processing, automation technology, measurement technology, or mechanical engineering
• High technical understanding and the ability to explain complex solutions clearly
• Outstanding communication strength and persuasion power in direct customer contact
• Willingness to travel at least 50% (nationally and internationally)
• Fluent in German and English
• Self-reliant, structured work style with entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
• Residence in Germany
• Driver's license
