International Service Engineer

Function As International Service Engineer you are responsible for setting up and supporting high-tech systems at customers worldwide. You provide both technical and application-oriented support so that customers can work optimally and efficiently with the systems. You carry out service assignments at customers in both domestic and foreign countries and also provide telephone support. In collaboration with Sales, you give demonstrations to potential customers, both on-site and remotely, as well as providing product information and answering questions. Your goal is to ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services and that they can use them effectively. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your activities and reporting any issues or problems that may arise during service assignments. The International Service Engineer is a key role in our organization and requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
