Your tasks will include:

• Comprehensive, proactive customer support (phone, email, webshop)

• Creating order confirmations, offers, invoices, and credits
• Identifying potential themes with the customer and aligning them with internal processes
• Participation in customer events and trade fairs
• Optimizing sales processes
• Cross-functional collaboration

Your profile:

• Sales talent with initial practical experience, ideally from a retail company
• Outstanding customer orientation and communication skills
• High team fit & service orientation
• Knowledge of MS Office and inventory systems
• Very good German and English language skills
