About the role We are looking for an International Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and make a significant impact on our business. Responsibilities * Identify and target new customers in international markets. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions. * Meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. * 3+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the chemical industry. * Strong understanding of the chemical industry and its key players. * Proven ability to identify and close deals. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Fluency in English and at least one other language is required.
