International Recruiter

Atlean World, an international HR consultancy specializing in multilingual and multicultural markets, is partnering with Alpha HR, a global provider of recruitment services, to identify talented professionals for recruitment opportunities. We are currently recruiting International Recruiters to collaborate with Alpha HR on international recruitment projects across the BPO sectors. Your Role As an International Recruiter working with Alpha HR, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates for various international positions. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with Alpha HR's recruitment teams to understand specific hiring needs and requirements. * Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. * Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and coordinating offers. * Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in international recruitment. * Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and contacts. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably within the BPO sector. * Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in English and at least one other language (French, German, Spanish, etc.). * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
