International Project Manager

We are seeking a structured, strategically thinking personality to strengthen our team in international project management. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, steering, and implementing international projects – from strategy over briefings to operational implementation.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Steering and coordination of international projects across multiple markets
• Development and implementation of project strategies in close alignment with internal and external stakeholders
• Creation of clear broadcasts for agencies, partners, and internal teams
• Responsibility for timings, budgets, and priorities
• Interface between strategy, creation, marketing, and operational implementation
• Safeguarding efficient, timely, and high-quality implementation

Qualification

Your Profile

• Experience in (international) project management, ideally in the brand-, marketing- or agency-field
• Very good organizational skills and a high degree of self-responsibility
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
• Sovereign stakeholder management in German and English
• Structured work approach even when working on parallel projects
