International Partner Manager (all-gender)

Hey,

We are BLS media, a startup from Stralsund that is currently growing. Our mission is to help companies with digitalization and develop software and a qualitative DevOps infrastructure. To do this, we work with many external partners and therefore need support in the area of international partner management.

Aufgaben

You will work closely with our team and actively support the development of our partner network:

Partnermanagement & Wachstum

• Identification and evaluation of potential partners (agencies, freelancers, technology partners, integrators, third-party providers, tech influencers)
• Acquisition of new international partners
• Support in building and developing an international partner program (structures, benefits, processes)
• Market and competitive observation in the international environment
• Pursuit and development of long-term partner relationships
• Customer service for partners

Kommunikation & Betreuung

• Onboarding new partners (introduction to our products, processes, and tools)
• Organization, preparation, and follow-up of partner meetings

Marketing & Content (optional, depending on interest)

• Support in creating partner newsletters
• Participation in creating partner content (e.g. LinkedIn, website, presentations)
• Participation in trade shows, events, or online conferences
• Development of the partner management or other areas

Qualifikation

No worries – prior knowledge is not a must. What's more important is your motivation and interest in the startup lifestyle:

• Interest in digitalization, AI, cloud structures & DevOps
• Pleasure in communication, networking, and international contacts
• Structured and reliable work style
• Good German or English skills (B2)
• Safe handling of digital tools

Nice to have:

• First experiences in sales, customer contact, or marketing
• Studies or training in the field of IT, business administration, media education, or communication
