As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel on international matters, including compliance with laws and regulations, contract negotiations, and intellectual property protection. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities: • Provide legal counsel on international matters, including compliance with laws and regulations, contract negotiations, and intellectual property protection. • Develop and implement strategies for managing international legal risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. • Negotiate and draft contracts, including licensing agreements, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory agencies, and industry partners. • Stay up-to-date on changes to international laws and regulations and provide guidance to the organization on compliance matters. Requirements: • J.D. degree from an accredited law school. • At least 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with international experience. • Strong understanding of international laws and regulations, including those related to biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
