Our client is an industrial, human-sized company belonging to a recognized international group. They specialize in high-value HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects within demanding, multicultural sectors. They are currently expanding their Major Projects team internationally. Role Overview The role involves managing large-scale international HVAC projects. The position begins with a major project for a gigafactory located near Naples, Italy, followed by deployments to other countries. Key responsibilities include: • Project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders; • Development of project plans, schedules, and budgets; • Risk assessment and mitigation strategies; • Quality control and assurance; • Collaboration with cross-functional teams; • Communication with clients and internal stakeholders; • Problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in HVAC project management; • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building services, and construction processes; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software tools.
