Job description
As International Head Waiter (m/w/d), you will take on a key role at the heart of our exclusive Hospitality world:
- During the Formula-1 season, lead and be responsible for one of our restaurants in the legendary Formula 1 Paddock Club – the most exclusive Hospitality area worldwide
- Outside of Grand Prix weekends, bring your expertise as Head Waiter into our international DO & CO Restaurants and ensure a smooth service flow
- Responsibility for the entire restaurant area in the Paddock Club during race weekends
- Leadership, motivation, and training of an international service team
- Ensuring the highest service and quality standards for our discerning, international guests
- Personal guest relations at the highest fine-dining level
- Closely working with head chefs, event, and restaurant managers
- Support and deployment in DO & CO Restaurants outside of the racing season
