Your responsibilities

• Organizing and coordinating international freight forwarding
• Negotiating terms of cooperation with clients and carriers
• Monitoring the execution of transportation orders
• Preparing and verifying transportation documentation
• Solving logistics problems and managing complaints
• Actively acquiring new customers

Our requirements

• Very good knowledge of English language in speech and writing (essential)
• At least 2-year experience as a freight forwarder (essential)
• Creativity in taking actions (essential)
• Mileage for knowing foreign languages other than English
• Communicativeness and operational skills
• High personal culture and professional approach to the customer
• Able to work under time pressure and solve problems
• Openness to learning and development in a dynamically changing environment
