• Providing excellent customer service to our international clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively handling client inquiries and resolving problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services to inform clients well.
• Documenting client interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborating with team members to improve overall service and customer experience.
• Participating in training programs to improve skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
