International Expansion Manager (m/w/d) - Italy / France

Your Mission

As International Expansion Manager (m/w/d) for Italy and France, you drive the international expansion of feld.energy forward.
With a focus on either Italy or France, you identify new market potential, build strategic partnerships, and develop our presence in one of the most important European target markets.
You think not only operationally but also entrepreneurially: You develop structures, lead teams, and ensure that new markets give rise to scalable business units.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for expanding feld.energy into Italy or France and driving market entry actively forward.
• You develop sustainable go-to-market strategies for the target market and implement them.
• You build and further develop local networks, partnerships, and structures strategically.
• You identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market potential independently.
• You lead and develop international teams with a clear focus on growth and performance.
• You are in close exchange with the management, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
• You keep track of market, competitive, and regulatory developments at all times and derive concrete measures from them.
• You ensure that new markets give rise to long-term scalable business units with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Your Profile

• A successful degree in economics or a related field
• A minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in business development, expansion, or international setup
• Demonstrable experience in Italy or France
• Experience in leading teams with at least 5-10 employees
• An entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
• Persuasive German and English language skills
• Fluent Italian or French language skills
• Ideal candidate has an existing network in the target market
• A high level of self-initiative, drive, and strategic understanding

We offer a salary of 100,000 – 150,000€ per year (depending on experience and qualifications). Our work model is hybrid with an office location in Munich.
