SHEKO is a Hamburg-based Health & Nutrition Brand with genuine fan base, from Meal Replacement Shakes over Multi Kollagen to Probiotika. At dm, Rossmann and in thousands of kitchens. We're growing quickly and expanding internationally right now.

Aufgaben

You'll be responsible for the international growth of SHEKO, including P&L, and lead a team of Junior Marketplace Managers who will implement the local execution.

• P&L-Responsibility for all international markets, from strategy to implementation
• Development and Implementation of the GTM Strategy for new markets, from market analysis to launch
• Ownership of International Growth Funnels, from Awareness to Retention
• CRO-driven Optimization of local Shops and Landing Pages
• Lokalisierung as a strategic task: You know what works in a market and why it doesn't work somewhere else
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung of Junior Marketplace Managers
• Bau von Performance-Reporting and scalable Playbooks for new markets

Qualifikation

• 5+ years of experience in international Growth Marketing or E-commerce, ideally in the D2C- or FMCG-field
• Nachweisbare Erfolge bei Aufbau oder Skalierung internationaler Märkte, inklusive P&L-Erfahrung
• Tiefes Verständnis von Conversion-Optimierung. You know the difference between a funnel that converts and one that almost does.
• Datengetriebene Arbeitsweise. You can derive concrete action recommendations from numbers and quickly iterate.
• Erfahrung in der Führung kleiner Teams in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld
• Verständnis für internationale Marktunterschiede, kulturell, regulatorisch und aus Consumer-Sicht
• Fließendes Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch, both of which are daily working languages
