International Customer Support with English | Iasi

A major international BPO company already has an active office in Iasi, running since last year, and is growing its team. They're looking for people with good English who want to join a stable group with experience already built up on the project.

What the job looks like:

You'll answer calls from customers in English-speaking countries — mostly inbound (90%), with a few outbound follow-up calls along the way. You'll listen, solve their issue or point them in the right direction, and log everything in the system. Simple, clear, no complicated scripts.

Who fits well here:

• English speakers (B2-C1)

• People who stay calm and communicate well, even when a customer is upset

• Customer service experience helps, but it's not required

• Rotating shift 10:00-22:00, plus Saturdays 11:00-19:00 when needed
