The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting global customers, resolving their queries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional service experience over the phone and via email. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and other related requests. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed. - Maintain customer accounts by updating information and documenting interactions. - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes. - Adhere to company policies and procedures.
