Role and Responsibilities:We are currently hiring for the position of an International Chat Process executive. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for:

Handling international customer queries and resolving their issues through chat support.
Providing excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Building rapport with customers and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Adhering to company policies and guidelines for quality and performance.
Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily targets.

Candidate Qualifications:To be considered for this position, you must have:

A graduation degree in any discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in chat support or customer service will be an added advantage.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
A customer-centric approach with a knack for problem-solving.
