• Provide excellent customer service to international clients via telephone, email, and chat channels.
• Answer questions and resolve problems efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide clients with the right information.
• Document client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work together with colleagues to continuously improve service quality.
• Give feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on client interactions.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and written.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude towards client needs.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace life there.
