The role requires expertise in global business practices, international trade, cross-cultural management, and international marketing to prepare students for global careers. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality teaching in the IB domain, including lectures, seminars, and workshops. • Mentor students on their academic and professional journeys, providing guidance and support as needed. • Conduct research in the field of International Business, publishing papers and presenting at conferences. • Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring that courses are relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry needs. • Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to decision-making processes, and collaborate with colleagues on initiatives and projects. Key Requirements: • Ph.D. in International Business or a related field from an accredited institution. • Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry in the IB domain. • Strong understanding of global business practices, international trade, cross-cultural management, and international marketing. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with learning management systems, educational technology, and digital tools.
