Job Description INTERNATIONAL BLEND PROCESS (NIGHT SHIFT) Ability to read and analyze the SDS documents with regards to product names and their codes. Ability to visit the correct manufacturer websites to acquire these SDS documents. Should have good written and oral communication. Manage to send the email requests to the manufacturers requesting the documents. Should be able to reply to the emails received, in a prompt and professional way. Should be able to place approximately 50 calls per day to the manufacturers. Should be capable of working a complete night shift. The candidate will function primarily as a web searcher, managing emails, caller and as a Quality Checker. Should maintain QC weekly, and monthly reports. Desired Candidate Profile No Cab Facility Bachelor Degree in any stream, with good knowledge of MS excel, MS Word and MS Outlook. Proven customer support experience or experience as international support executive. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Must be ready to work for the night shift. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
